I filled up at a Shell station in Hillsboro(near Intel/Winco on Cornell) while I was there for the weekend and I saw a pump w/o the nozzle and the whole hose assembly on the ground. Attendant said someone drove off w/ the nozzle still in the car.
This is Oregon where you have to get an attendant to pump your gas by law.
Afterall, the law must be there in order to make low skill labor positions rather than "safety".
