Some mofo decided to stick a book in my backpack at the library.

Well ok, libraries have those alarms in case you have a book that hasn't been checked out. Now, there are those idiots that decide to put those unchecked out books in your backpack, and hope you set the alarm off.

Ok, case and point. Someone decided to be an @$$ and do that to me. But, what happened is that the alarm was delayed by a second, so it buzzed on the person behind me. Now I have a book... Should I return the book, or should I keep it... That's the question.

Suggestions?

Return the book. Punch everyone in the library in the face, just to make sure you got the guy who did it to you.

just drop the book off in the drop box. why would you want to keep a library book you dont want?

They don't have a dropoff box...
Then hand it to a freaking librarian and say "some jackass stuck this in my bag" or if you're too much of a pussy to tell the truth, "I found this." It's not incredibly complicated.

hah I remember doing that before, used to put in books about gay mirrage etc. and laugh when people got busted with them. Immature I know, but that was a long time ago

hum...then i guess you could give it to the guy at the counter. I don't see why this is hard.

It's more along the lines of... Sell to a pawn shop, keep it cause you're hella mad, or... return it to feel "good"...

Never knew ti-81's were worth $80 at a pawn shop.

Read the book, and then live your life by whatever principles the book describes. This is the sign from God.

Hehe, reminds me of me and my buddy studying at the library back in my college days. We would always try to find the smallest books possible and hide them in each others backpacks. I got in the habit of ALWAYS checking my backpack before I left the library. 🙂

Oh, btw, return the book.

If you have a problem, if no one else can help, and if you can find them.. maybe you can hire THE A-TEAM.

I accidently walked out of the library with a book I was reading. For some reason the alarm didn't go off on me. This was back in high school, I just went to the outside book return and placed the book in there.
