Yes, him being off the leash was bad....but she was in the right to protect herself and the kid.

I don't think you can do anything about it legally, maybe I'm wrong.

Little dogs have very sharp little teeth....and the little ones can get hyper
too. I'm sure he doesn't bite, but another person might not know that.

ya, but if the dog can break the collar, why is everyone getting on the lady for defending herself??

either the dog is a toy dog and can afflict ZERO harm (not possible in the scenario as from a parents perspective, even having a child frightened by a dog off his collar is not acceptable) OR the dog is strong enough to break his collar AND is capable of harm.

either way, there is no cause for getting on this lady for trying to defend her child, no matter how extreme her response.

The lady had all the right to defend herself. I would kick the sh*t out of it if an animal came running at my kids barking and all.

The people who are getting on her, are probably doing so because it was a toy dog.

Your logic is flawed. What if the collar had not been properly hooked up, what if it was old...who knows. What we do know is that a ~7lb dog went running up to a woman and her children and she kicked it. Thats all.

Yes I do think it was extreme, but that is because I am neither a woman, and I like dogs. She obviously doesn't like dogs, because that one couldn't harm a fvcking newborn.

so if it was a bigger dog, then the mother would have an even better reason to "save herself and her children from certain death"

Gives her a great reason to beat the dog and we won't have this thread.
