as far as "smashing my face in" argument, way to be an e-badass. 20 bucks says you're 6ft and 120bs...

Try 5'7" 240 mfer! You owe me $20 ...

So, you're a big fat load is what you're saying? Go eat another cheeseburger.

I own a dog and I have a son who will be 2 in August. If my own dog ever bit my son that dog would be going to the vet for the last time. I will not tolerate an animal that is aggressive. I don't care if it is my dog or some idiot neighbor's dog.

ouch.... i was trying to refrain from responding to that, but since JM got it going...

So you're on the opposide side of the spectrum, huh ?

I'm 5'11" and 185 lbs. I usually don't lower myself to respond like that to people but when someone says they would smash my face I figure they deserve it. :D

I'm actually a pretty easygoing guy and I never go looking for a fight but I will defend myself if need be. You don't want to make me angry. You wouldn't like me when I'm angry.

There's a lot of people saying that no true man should own the OP's dog because it's so small. Yet, there are a lot of male posters claiming that they would kick the dog if they felt threatened by it. Interesting.

I fail to see the correlation between small dogs and small people.......
Small people arent noticably louder or more annoying then big people. Such is not the case with small dogs.

You made the comparison between dogs and the mentally impaired.

With regards to the rest of your post, you assume that a child will listen to you and will stop biting you when you say to. In my experience this is rarely the case. If someone is biting me and by the time I react they're still biting chances are they aren't going to stop unless I do something a lot more substantial than screaming at them and/or telling them "stop". Sure, they're kids, but I have a right to not have my flesh broken by little kid teeth.

Additionally, the difference between a child biting you and someone who's mentally impaired is a big difference. If a child bites my foot what I do will be classified as "pushing with your foot" by most, because that's the amount of force necessary. If a teenaged helmet kid bites me I'm not going to be able to push. It's gonna be a kick. Not a hard kick, but a kick all the same.

Didn't your gf also hit your pom with a bike? And now this, wow your Bruno has it rough. Hope he's okay. That lady was an idiot even though your dog wasn't on a leesh it does not look vicious in any way and should've been pegged with that white stool just to see how it feels.

Was the lady too feeble to pick up the child ?

I know she had the right to defend her child, but seriously, what kind of panic can a small dog that's not even growling or barking induce in a grown adult? And enough to cause her to pick up an object and smack the dog! I'm guessing if a King Cobra was to slither next to her child, she'd probably go get a stick to smack it with instead of picking up the child and running.

No offense, but was she caucasian?

That's because a lot of the guy's are just pretending to be real men when they're actually just boys.

A real man will buy whatever dog he wants and not care what others think.

That's what I'm saying. Unless she was holding two kids or something she should have been able to pick her child up. I think most parents would say that's their first instinct.

I think there's more to the story than the OP is posting. Was the dog not barking/growling? Maybe not in the OP eyes, but I bet the dog was. And there's probably other stuff that the OP is leaving out, convientely to help his case. Never believe anything you read, that can cause you to belive things like
certain countries having WMD

You made the comparison between dogs and the mentally impaired.

I was referring to your reply to that: "I'd kick a helmet kid if he bit my foot like that dog did." I merely brought up the idea and you said you'd actually do it.

The crux of what you're saying is you'd still attack/retaliate/hit/kick/punt somethiing/someone into obedience and what's worse is that you're trying to justify it. Self-defense with someone who is an equal to you (adult), sure... to give someone/something who is lesser than you a kick to the head no matter how disobedient... I guess you have no shame.

No, that's not the crux of my argument. Are you reading the same things I post?

What I'm saying is that I will kick a mentally retarded youth to get him off my f%$#ing foot. Not to discipline, not obedience, I will do it because I want his freakin' teeth to stop ripping my flesh. As soon as his teeth are gone from my foot I stop kicking.

Say what you will. My dog is the one thing I'd go apesh!t over. Other than him getting hurt, I have complete self control. But I'm dead serious, if someone ever kicked my dog and harmed him, they'd be bleeding to death lying in the middle of the road.

So, you would attack someone for defending themselves?

You're an idiot.

defending themselves against what? a pomeranian? i might as well kick every toddler that gets close to me, you never know, one of them might bite me.

I'll be laughing at the headlines: "Psycho dog owner beats man near death". That will do wonders for your career and life in general.

Oh wait, I forgot, this is more gutless spouting on an internet forum.

You should have curbed her ass :D

That dog is harmless...anyone that thinks you need to "defend" a child from it while the owner is nearby is sorely mistaken.
