The same memory on the same promo was a bit ($5-10ish) cheaper last week. While this is good for folks who haven't heard of the boost code, it's a worse deal than it has been recently and so it may be worthwhile for folks to wait until memory prices go down again.

I saw that in this mornings paper. Seems like one hell of a deal to me considering Newegg has the same ram for $153. :)

Think this Ram would be a good pickup for an AMD system? Could the lower FSB result in better timings?

I was reading up on this and these are actually just HyperX PC 3200 that are overclocked to reach the 4000 levels. 2 reviews said that you couldnt overclock these further than what they are at - also that is why the timings are so high... they are quite stable at the specified settings though. They can be ran at lower settings (for those using AMD) and get better timings...
