Some kind of spyware problem-Cool-Search

My coworker is having an annoying problem with his Windows XP computer. I'm hoping someone on this forum has some idea what's going on. His home page keeps being reset to Cool-search.net...we ran Ad-Aware and Spybot, and he has Norton Internet Security installed, but none of them can fix it. Is anyone familiar with this pestware and how to remove it? He says he didn't download anything, but he's not the only one using the system.
