The manager of another loan company is named Richard Weed. Why the heck would his parents name him Dick Weed. He acts like a little prick too. But don't know if I blame him. A lifetime as dick weed might do that to a guy.

Fuk is part of a legit first name in HongKong.

I know someone goes by the first name of Wai Fuk.
