Some Improvement on Temp of CPU!

My system is a 2.0 Celeron.

I was getting a CPU temp of 69 degrees. (The fan speed was 2,500 RPM)

I exchanged my CPU fan and the reading now is 3,200 RPM.

I added a Fan for Intake (bottom of case) and a fan for exhaust (back of case) and my CPU temp is running a constant 48 degrees.

I still get freezups when encoding video!

Is this acceptable?

I was of the impression that p4's and celerons were good until their throttling point at 67C...

Is that 48 idle or load? And what is the case temps?
