Some Idiot Keyed My Car

Was at work on thursday, came out to the work carpark to find my car keyed (or knifed) on EVERY single panel, roof, bonnet, boot, both doors, both front quarter panels, both rear quarter panels, and the word "C*NT" scratched into the drivers door... :|

Got to have a full body respray as its down to the metal..

I've got a feeling who it was, i saw the work CCTV videos, but i can't 100% prove it, so i had to report it to the police but of course they arent really gonna do anything, they want me to pay for my work to release the video to me so they can collect it, and wont even send someone out to take pictures so i cant have any work done on it yet.

The worst thing about it is i know they werent supposed to do this to my car, a colleague, who has the exact same car as me, same colour, year, model etc had a fight with someone the night before, and someones come up to do his car but is too thick and got the wrong one. Its obviously connected.

On top of that, i got underpaid aswell! What a day.

Couple Of Pics:

Here's a picture of the drivers door... Makes me so angry!

Pay your workplace to release a video to the police? WTF. Demand they release the video to the police. That's complete bullsh1t that you would have to pay for evidence.. Am I reading that right?

Yea you're reading it right, the security guy said "you could buy the hard disk off us of course" but at that point i wasn't going to get the police involved, if the police speak to them im sure they'll release it... They'd have to, surely..

What kind of security operation do they run there? If it happened on their property by one of their employees, you should find out what they can do about it. Even if you are an employee of the company, they still should have a responsibility to watch out for your car while it's parked in their lot.

I say call the police, file a report, and claim that the security camera guy is the one that did it....then he'll have to show them the tape to prove his innocense.

I think if the police spoke to them they'd release it, i think they thought i wanted it for personal use...

I spoke to them about liability and they said they'd accept none of course, im not suprised at that. When i prove who it is they WILL be paying for the damage i can assure you, one way or another.

I had to look at your profile. In the U.S. dude's don't call other dudes the "c" word. Even if they are scratching it into a car.

People who mess with another man's car should be executed. No trial, just straight out death.

The fact that he said "bonnet" didn't give it away for you? ;)

Haha, no amount of buffing will remove those scratches!

Well if that's the case... go the eye for an eye route. Do it right back.

I know the post is long but if you read it you'll see!

Oops. You should tell your coworker you'll be using his car while yours is in the shop.

That?s quite possibly the worst thing you could do to someone?s property, in my book.

I would go ballistic if someone did that to my car, and if I found the person who done it, I probably wouldn?t be able to hold myself back.

Keying a car is one thing, but to write what they did is another!

Find?em, kill?em.
