you sure this wasn't old footage from the royal's first base coach who was attacked by a couple of hicks last year?
 
nope, just happened like 10 min ago. fan attacked an umpire while the Royals were in the field.

Royals first base coach was shown in the bull pen looking on
 
This same thing happened last year at a Royals vs. White Sox game in Chicago (as previously noted). Although the fans (dad and son combo) went after Royals 1st base coach. I wonder if it's the same fans!!???

Fox might be able to make a new sitcom called "When Royals fans attack"

It was in Chicago. The Royals were the visiting team.

 
Another fan pissed off on how bad the overpriced, always complaining players are. I haven't watched too much since the last strike. Its pathetic how much money they make to stand around for 3 hours and still complain that they aren't compensated enough.

What the hell is wrong with the fans in Chicago? This is the 2nd time they have attacked a coach and according to the article three times tonight fans ran onto the field. Freaking idiots.

no, both times it was in Chicago while the Royals were playing the White Sox
