i'm not a home improvement type of guy so does anyone knows what is the thing beside the window? it's something that you pin beside your window to make it like window shutters, thanks

i'm buying new home and wanted that upgrade but have no idea what it is called.

i thought so too, it was something that stick to the brick wall as a decor, it was one word and not a shutter, boy this home thing is nutz 🙁
 
I installed some on my brick home about 15 years ago and it really dressed up the appearance. Believe they are just called exterior shutters.

I've never seen shutters at Lowes. Home Depot has interior shutters. You may need to call a Pella Distributor or some other window distributor.
I have the plastic jobs on my house, they came with the house. I put them on another house of ours, but I got them from a house that was being razed to build a parking lot for the hospital.
I have no idea where I'd buy them, but I'd try Billy Barr's Roofing and Siding on Oklahoma Salem Road. 😀
