The original broadcast was in 1080i, so that's why you see those wavy lines.

Make sure you're not letting your browser resize the picture.

Then realize that's broadcast over the air, and displayed on a TV (ie not optimized for your monitor).

That would look STELLAR on a TV.

The images look interlaced and I think that we are seeing the motion blur characteristic of TV.

They seem very good to me.
Give us a cap of what you're watching. Let us compare.

Very nice!

I know its not gonna come out perfect, but damn... That looks so much damn better than my digital cable running into my capture card...

I love how you can see minute detail even in the background, how everything is in focus...

How many stations can ya pick up and what antenna ya usin?

I'm using a regular indoor antenna. I can pick a lot of the stations around my area (Irvine). For most stations, I get around 60-80% strength, with CBS being close to 100%. Its funny because on analog, its looks like sh1t.

Yeah, those caps are pretty good. Here are some others from different sources.

Theses pics have been reduced in size because the guy who runs the website is having hosting problems and temporarily took the full size ones down.
