Some Hardware fault

Hi everyine, hopefully i can find some answers or suggestions here.
I just put my PC together and i keep getting "MACHINE CHECK EXCEPTION" BSOD errors. this thing happens randomly lke when playing a game, playing videos or even surfing the net, i get that blue screen and the computer restarts. I've tried everything to diagnose the problem with no results. I've stripped my comp down to bare minimum, bought a newset of 'expensive' memory but nothing. what i do find after a lot of tweaking is if i reduce the fsb from 400 to 333, the comp runs very stable, It also runs stable if i keep the fsb at 400mhz (398 as reported by sandra) but take the multiplier down from 11x to 10x. but then i'm loosing a lot of speed which i don't want.
So anyone have any suggestions on how i could run my pc at normal stock speeds (or faster) rather than in a crippled state. my specs are in my signature.

Any other info u need i'll happily give
thanks
