Some guy is making up stuff about me and posting it on people's Facebook pages

Some guy is accusing me of stalking and creeping on a girl that I actually talk to and hang out with. She's pissed at him, and he won't stop leaving me alone about it. I actually stole his gf about 2 years ago, and he's had it in for me ever since.

Can I get a restraining order or possibly sick the law on this guy? I know who he is. I blocked him on facebook, now he's harassing me on myspace. I blocked him there now, which resulted in him taking it to peoples pages. Totally childish I know, but it needs to stop.

haha yeah, call the cops and ask for a restraining order based on facebook and myspace harassment. Cops need a good laugh every once in a while.

Meet somewhere and settle it. Either get your ass kicked or vice versa. Don't bother law enforcement with this high school crap.

Good idea. School should start back up in a few weeks. You can meet him after 3rd period out behind the baseball field.

I know, it's rediculous, but the kid won't stop. I blocked him, but what he is saying is still showing up on other people's pages. I did report him to facebook, and myspace. The only reason I'd want to involve the cops is so he realizes he can't just sit behind his computer and slander people.

It IS childish, but I'm getting sick of hearing about it.

I am tempted to go to his work place and bitch slap him.

Wait until some douche starts accusing you of stalking, harassment, and other goodies on a public forum, where your friends and people you know can see it.

He's not saying something like "Techboy sucks cock"

He's actually trying to go into detail about how I'm a stalker who wants to harass girls and possibly hurt them. But the girl he is using as an example has already told him to stop and there's no truth in what he is saying.
