Driving that truck is a pain in the ass. How do I shoot when i am driving that truck by myself, no one on the turret.

You can't drive and shoot at the same time. However you can alternate between the positions with the 1, 2, and 3 keys. Sometimes it can be fun to drive somewhere strategic, switch to the turret (3) and snipe away.
