some freak keeps calling my cell phone at odd hours and hanging up and his # is from Iowa

the weird thing is my number and his are almost the same
his- **1-234-5670
mine- **0-123-4567
*** only the 0's are actual real parts of the phone #

Call him back and ask why the hell he keeps calling your number. If he doesn't respond then call him up at weird hours in the morning to piss him off. Worse comes to worse call the phone company and have his number blocked

Call him from a payphone relentlessly @ 3-4 AM on a sunday morning..
That should take care of your problem.

look up the number in a reverse phone directory, scan the web for personal information, and THEN call him.
