I have a few so bear with me please. My planned system is as follows:

Asus CUSL2
P3-733 (or possibly a 700 OC'ed as far as she'll go, probably later when I know more about what I'm doing)
128MB Mushkin rev2 ram PC133
Viper 770 TNT2
WD UDMA/66 15GB
SB Live Value
Memorex 2x cd-r
Any 50x+ cd for under $50
10/100 NIC...not sure which yet
USB mouse
ps2 keyboard
CasEdge Mid Tower ATX-235watt HiPro PS
2 80mm fans
1 5.25" Hard drive cooler
Win98SE(for now) WinME later

Now the questions:
1.) Will a 235watt PS be sufficient for these components and does anybody know anything about HiPro?
2.) The case has one 80mm fan mounted in the front at the bottom and has another cutout in the back just under the PS. Would it be cooler if I cut a hole in the top of the case for the other 80mm or should I just mount it in the existing cutout (it seems that most of the heat in the case would rise and since that is where the cpu and ram reside on most atx mobos a fan on top makes sense)?
3.) Most of the components listed above are being pulled from my existing system so which would you recommend I upgrade first? This machine will be used primarily for games (Diablo2, UT, Mech Warrior4 when it comes out...I can't wait) and cd copying.

Thanks in advance for any help...I plan to order my cpu at the end of this week and I will surely have some more questions (especially with the CUSL2) but this would help me out in the meantime.

If I were you, I would make sure I got a 300w power supply. If you are going to overclock and have lots of fans this will be necessary. The first, and probably only thing I would upgrade on your system is the vid card. Your 733 really maxes out the tnt2, but only upgrade if you need faster games, the tnt2 will probably work for you for another few months at least. This will be enough time for the current crop of cards to drop in price, or new ones to come out.

Just my 3cents.

I'm on a bit of a budget and I already have the case and fans...do you think it will be stable with only 235watts if I don't overclock? I will probably upgrade the case and PS later when I overclock.

You might try with the 235w, but I think that system will probably need at leasta 250w.

Tha 235w PS should be fine. If you start o/c and start to get lockups or other stabilty problems, then maybe your PS needs a higher wattage rating.

A 250 watt pwr supply will work for you,in an Intel system. The Amd systems require a 300 watt pwr supply.128 megs of pc 133 ram should do.Ram is fixing to evolve, save your money for pc800+.Get the biggest harddrive you can afford, and the biggest monitor/vid card.

Get a 700E with the 100mHz FSB. This way you can overclock more easily. The 733 uses a 133mHz FSB so overclocking is difficult. I don't know about the PS, but if it were me, I would try the 235W PS before I spent any extra cash. Good luck
