Some ebay questions for you guys

I am thinking about selling a few things on ebay and i've never used ebay before. What is the easiest way to send/collect funds when buying/selling stuff on ebay? Also do you usually collect money before you ship stuff?

Yes i usually collect the money order or cashiers check before i ship ANYTHING out.

Paypal.com or C2it.com for Credit Card charges.
Other than that, Money Order or Personal Check.

only ship to paypal verified address unless they have excellent feedback(50+)

what do you guys do If a buyer says "it doesnt work" after they bought it? Do you have to rebuy it from them?

Also is it worth it for me to even try to sell a few things since I dont have any feedback at all since i've never bought or sold anything?

Well what you do is up to you, but for me, if it doesn't "work" I offer him a refund or whatever I can do to remedy the situation. My reputation is worth far more than a couple of dollars

I appreciate all your help. I have 1 more quick question. Has anyone here ever had one of their packages that you sent out lost in the mail. What did you do to fix the problem? Did you have to get a refund? Sorry for all the questions I am just a bit nervous about this.
