some easy-to-answer questions (i hope)

these are dumb questions, i know, so Im hoping they can be answered.
1: Im running win2k, and in the favourites section all the bookmarks that i dont usually click on disappear and i have to click on the arrow to make them appear again. does anyone know how to make it so that all the bookmarks are visible all the time? (yes, very dumb question)
2: what is this windows2000 sp2 download everyone is getting? any information on that would be appreciated greatly

IE>Tools menu>Internet Options>Advanced tab>remove checkmark from enable personalized favorites menu.

Yea I just downloaded it a couple of hours ago but was waiting to read some feedback before I install.

Man do I love cable it took about 8 minutes to download.
