Some Cryengine 2.0 screens

Still nowhere near photo-realistic but then the artistic style plays a much more crucial role in bringing out the feel of the game.

Ah, I see, good to know then. I always get mixed up about that, it's certainly better looking than the vanilla settings even on maximum, that's for sure (for both Crysis and Warhead I mean). I wonder what Crysis 2 will look like on the PC version, are there any "confirmed" PC pics of Crysis 2 so far? The ones I remember seeing were for the Console versions, I think, and they were not as good looking as those shown in your link.
