Some creep told my grandma she has nice hair

she works in the same office but for a different company. she already found this guy to be a little creepy and now that she dyed her hair red (apparently his favourite colour) and today when she walked by in the hallway he smiled and he greeted her in a flirting kind of way (he is always doing that thinking her cheerfulness is approval of him) and it just came out "i like your hair" She was totally creeped out but tried to keep things cool as she was saying something to him at the same time like "hows it going" so they kind of talked over each other and then she was like "what?" and so he said it again "i like your hair it looks nice", she smiled but was totally creeped out and thanked him just to get it over with, they both kept going their own way though because they were just passing in the hall. She has went to HR about it, as she is just fed up. At 92, she just does not feel like dealing with that.
