Some chick just rear ended me!!!

Was stopped at a stop light and some girl driving too fast on the iced over road blasted me!!! Her fault, cop and I was talking about how much of an idiot she was, and the windfall from the insurance. My drivers side rear end was a little smashed, the bumper took the most of it...

Better than some dude.

Was she cute? Did you get her digits?

Pics? I was in my car, far away from any camera or dig camera.

Cute, I don't care, as long as she got money to pay to fix my car the dumb bitch....

I hate girl drivers...her father owns the car....she looked like a rich girl...
gonna milk it for EVERYTHING!!!

On a more serious note, it's a good idea to carry a disposable camera around just for times like this. Take pictures of everything, just in case she tries to pull some crap later.

now that is the best possible follow-up to my strap-on post that can ever, I mean ever be conceived.

N8magic: Damn straight...I don't think people understand that one, though, and I live in Mormon central Provo, where BYU is...

Geez, no one even has asked whether Kanalua is alright or not. :|:Q😛

Anyway, I hope you are alright and will get her/her insurance to pay for all the damages she has done.

only in the winter, if you keep it in your car in the summer the film will become useless.

Just got off the phone with Geico's claims department. The girl is screwed. The police report apparently faults the b|tch. All my medical expenses will be covered, that means me and my girlfriend(who was in the car) are going to get some chiropractic relaxation!

Damn, I'm mad, my neck is stiff and hurting, giving me a headache. Was on my way to my g-friends birthday party, was mad that it made us late to her own birthday party...

Judging from your profile, I'm assuming you're in Utah.

Wouldn't hurt to contact them: Utah bar association. Get a referrel for an attorney and get one.

Do you have to take time off work to go to chiropractic?

Does your injury interfere with your enjoyment of life?

Have you been unable to do something because of the accident?

any lost wages?

pain and suffer?

You deserve compensation to all.

The girl's insurance company will most likely hassle you into closing the case as soon as possible. Keep the case open as long as possible.

After you get your car fixed, take it to an indepedent appraiser. Have him appraise the post and pre accident value, the difference is the diminished value. You should push their insurance company to compensate the diminished value.
