What do following options do?

SDRAM timing by SPD?
Bank 0/1 timing DRAM?
Bank 2/3 timing DRAM?
Bank 4/5 timing DRAM?

From my KT7 manual:

<< Bank 0/1, 2/3, 4/5 DRAM Timing: The DRAM timing of Bank 0/1, 2/3, 4/5 in this field is set by the motherboard manufacturer, depending on whether memory module preset. [sic] For end users, we do not suggest that you change the setting. Except when you know exactly what kind of memory module you use. The Choice: SDRAM 8/10ns --> Normal --> Medium --> Fast --> Turbo --> Back to SDRAM 10ns. The default setting is SDRAM 8/10ns. >>

If you're using good ram, it should include the SPD chip, so set it to "SDRAM timing by SPD"

The SPD chip on the memory module will give the BIOS the proper timing info, usually. I always make sure to check afterwards because I have found some modules where the SPD did not report correctly and I then had to manually adjust the settings.

From the looks of it, with 7.5ns RAM, you ought to be able to set it to Medium, Fast, or even Turbo. If it doesn't work properly, just set it to the next level slower, you can't hurt anything.
