Some ASUS P5B Questions

Just ordered my new HTPC build:

Asus P5B Atx LGA775 Conroe 965P DDR2 PCI-E16 3PCI-E1 3PCI 6 SATA2 Sound Raid Motherboard

Intel Core 2 Duo E6400 Dual Core Processor LGA775 Conroe 2.13GHZ 1066FSB 2MB Cache Retail Box

Nmedia HTPC-400BA Media Centre Desktop Case ATX Black 1X5.25 3X3.5INT LCD IR Rack 400W

Corsair XMS2 TWIN2X2048-6400C4PRO 2GB 2X1GB PC2-6400 DDR2-800 DDR2 Cl 4-4-4-12 240PIN Dual Memory

Evga E-GEFORCE 7900 Gs Ko 500MHZ 256MB 256BIT 1.38GHZ GDDR3 Dual DVI-I Hdtv Out Hdcp Video Card

I already have HDD / DVD.

Questions:

1. Can I boot/flash firmware from USB key? I was thinking I'd flash before even installing windows.

2. Will the 400W PSU be underpowered at stock? Overclocking? (I've heard it is a Seasonic, so at least it is a decent 400W not generic)

3. Does this board need any cooling items replaced out of the box? (NB/SB heatsinks etc) What is recommended?

4. How is the RAM I chose? That is the main component I wasn't sure of.

5. Is ASUS pronounced EH-SEUSS (like Dr. Seuss) or EH-SUS (like in sustain)?

Thanks

I Pronounce it eh-seuss. But anyways, I recently built a system with your same motherboard and Processor. Solid motherboard. I think you can flash the motherboard with the USB key, if you run one of those usb key dos boot utilities. As for 400 watts, I think that might be kinda low, though that is a good brand. I would personally probably go for 450 at least, I like headroom with those kind of things.

that's how I prounounce it, I think that's right too. I think that power supply should be fine so nothing to worry about there. I have that same ram for my current rig, it works pretty well.
