I was just curious to know, is ANANDTECH a person? i was looking at the anand sharky & kyle bennett togther in one read advertisment and wondering. how did anandtech get started? is there an anandtech building where its run from. how do you become a mod? stuff like that. anandtechs history...and i was wondering what program they used to make the fourms as well. anyone know?

anandtech was started by Anand Lal Shimpi, the founder of anandtech.

anandtech was started back in the late 90's.. like 97 or so i believe, as a cheesy little hardware review site and old school BBS. In october of 99, they switched over to the current forums design, Fusetalk, made by e-zonemedia (check link at bottome of page)
