Very cool! Wish I could move like that. I bet it feels great to be that flexible and not so tense/tight as most people feel with age. 🙂

She has crazy flexibility.

Go join a class and your flexibility will improve within 5-6 weeks depending on how often you go 🙂

Salsa or another dance class is better for meeting girls. Much easier to talk to them at a dance class then at a yoga class. Afterwards as mot salsa place people go for drinks or stay and dance a bit later. After yoga most people go off home.

I would like to join a class like that, but I'd have to wait until I'm out of college - can't really afford too much more strain on the wallet. 😉

After watching another video, she reminds me of that episode of Family Guy where Peter wishes he had no bones! 😀
 
My girlfriend can do all of those moves. She's been doing yoga for years. Even studied in India for a few months at some yoga school. She is incredibly flexible. 😀
