Tiger Woods has everything going for him, including the best place in the world to practice his tee shots...

Pictures of Tiger Woods practicing off the heli-deck of the Burj Al Arab hotel in Dubai, UAE. Taken when Tiger was in Dubai for the Desert Classic, March 2, 2004. $1 million appearance fee, and he gets to hit shag balls from the tallest hotel in the world.

Yes, Tiger is paid $1 million each year just to play in the Dubai Desert Classic, regardless of how he lays. But hitting golf balls off the top of this "hotel" is really neat. Only 8 star hotel in the world.

Bet you've never seen golf balls hit like this, or a hotel like this.

For best effect, view the pictures in numerical order.

The last picture really puts it in perspective.

I weep for all the arab children that die due to stray golfballs travelling at 300 mph.

Yeah, that was my first thought too. Those golf balls probably liquify the first thing they hit.

that is the most most exclusive hotel in the world. Costs up to 15k a night and it's on it's own island off the coast. They have RollsRoyce shuttles over the bridge (you can see bridge in the last pic)

Heh, yep, Dubai, a really, really rich little country. One of the guys living on my floor at college is from Dubai and he was telling us about it when we were watching some tennis tournament sponsored by Dubai.
