I have a Belkin Wireless G USB Adapter, I have had it for about three years, lately I've noticed that the usb unit warms up to about, I'd estimate, 100-120 degrees Fahrenheit, is this anything to be concerned about?

No, it's normal. It's probably running a bit hotter due to the higher ambient temperature.
