I didn't say that the Chinese strategy was good or bad, just commented on what they are doing. Effectively we are subsidizing their solar industry because the market wouldn't exist without our subsidies. Given that's what's happening I would immediately end all solar subsidies.

Or even better, qualify only American-made panels.
