Solvent for frag tape

I put some thermal take ram sinks on my gforce 4, and was wondering if there was any solvent that I could use to take them off without damiging my video card. Im need to take them off beacuse im getting the Danger Den GeForce 4 water block and I don't think the fittings will have enough clearence to go over them.

Put the card in ziplock bag and then in the freezer. Remove from freezer after half an hour. Remove from Ziplock bag. Insert credit card underneath the ramsinks. Insert screwdriver inbetween ramsink and cc. Pry. Vola.
