This has been going on for awhile, but its getting annoying.

Using OE 6.0.2600 and win98se; There are multiple hotmail accounts, each has its own inbox. Each hotmail account has http://services.msn.com/svcs/hotmail/httpmail.asp as the server in the account properties.

At any one time, only 2 of the 3 accounts will poll messages correctly and download/upload as it should. For the 3rd account, the status bar will just sit there forever, If I 'set as default' another account and close and reopen OE, then a different account will not be accessed.

it turns out the login name for the server has to be your username@hotmail.com; if you only use username, it will work intermittently (it would have been much easier to solve if it didn't work at all without the @hotmail)
