I have RESOLVED this issue. My Norton antivirus needed to be "off" during the reinstall of the Application. Now it works.
My Winfast TV2000 XP has been working great for 2 years. Then, I changed out my graphics card (Nvidia Ti4600) for a similar model, reinstalled those drivers, then reinstalled my WinFast TV 2000 XP drivers and its application. Now, the FM radio works fine but no TV any longer. All drivers appear in the Device Manager. I also have tried moving the WinFast TV card to a different PCI slot. Still no TV. Any ideas appreciated?
