SOLVED. trouble with RAM? Speed seems down...

SOLVED - I misunderstood the data. Thanks ShintaiDK and aaksheytalwar!

Can someone help pinpoint why my RAM appears to be running much slower than it is capable? I ran geekbench to get a quick baseline for comparison to another system and noticed that the RAM is running at 672MHz, yet is capable of 1333MHz. For what it is worth, it is Mushkin Silverline Enhanced 2x8GB (x2) - purchased at different times. Any thoughts? The only tinkering I have done is a little boost to the processor frequency.
