i tried turning it off...but still...no rear channels

have you tried posting this in tech support too? I had probs with my klipsch 4.1's and the regulars in there helped out.

Okay...

now i found out that the rear channels DO work, but the volume is so little...i have to pick it up and put it next to my ears to hear it...this is when the front satellites are pumping out loud sound
