Hi, I would like to know if the integrated graphics card of the new intel core i3/i5 processors supports DXVA.

Yes, but you will need to run Vista or Win7 to get full support for DXVA-1 and DXVA-2. Drivers for XP have a reduced subset of supported DXVA acceleration.
