SOLVED: Powertune options not available

I recently installed my 6950 and upon loading up CCC to tweak the with the powertune settings I find the option unavailable. Is there another way to adjust it?

SOLVED: CCC will not display powertune options if a NVidia card is active in the system. My 7600gs is currently not in use as my 4th monitor is not hooked up at this moment.

Sounds like Powertune won't work if a non-Powertune card is installed and enabled in the system? I don't see why it would be Nvidia-specific.
 
Would that mean that people wishing to use a "hacked" driver for Physx when using their AMD graphics card, would be unable to use PowerTune?

This is more likely the case than it being NVidia specific, but I do not have and extra ATi card, that uses the most recent Cats, to test
