Well, right after posting this, I searched for "Copy Paste Not working Vista" and found a forum that had the solution. Found that a program (DVD to AVI software) had taken over cut and paste. Removed program and now works. Sorry to post and run, lol.

Used this utility.

Alright guys, I'm pulling out what little hair I have left, lol.

I just noticed during the last two days that the paste menu option is grayed out and non-functioning in Windows Vista 64 SP2. Not sure when this happened but it doesn't work. Copy and cut are not grayed out and allow action but do not complete because I cannot paste. I first thought this was a Firefox issue but have discovered it's a full Vista issue in all applications. I'm searching but cannot find anything on this currently.

Anyone know how to turn it back on..

Did you try Ctrl-V? I have found that to work when "Paste" does not appear on the menu.

Yes, that's what I usually use (Ctrl-C and Ctrl-V (to paste)). The paste didn't work on Ctrl-V or the "Paste" menu function. Works now. The "clipboard" was tied up. Free now.
