[Solved] Outlook 2003 problems...

I am using Outlook 2003 on my Win7 system for my email client; lately it's been stubborn and won't let me open any attachments or links. When I click on anything it throws up a window saying 'This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system admin.' This is any user account including my admin account.

I don't have a very good working knowledge on stuff like this, I would appreciate any help... 😳

Edit: I noticed it's gotten worse since the big Office 2003 update last week.... anyone else having problems like this?

Awesome! That did it... it's like black magic.

I tried to go to Microsoft but they are so busy advertising Win8, I never found the FixIt stuff. Thank you!
