[SOLVED] New components installed -> No POST

Hi all,

I got new components to my PC and set up them just ten minutes ago. I started up PC and it doesnt POST, no beep and cant see anything from screen.

My new components are in sig: MB, CPU (with stock cooling), memory and GPU.

Could it be that MB BIOS is too old for my CPU? I ordered em last week..

Hmm, when I powerup, I hear disks and all fans startup. Cpu and GPU fan aswell.
There are two leds on MB, red and green, both light up.

Any tips what to do now?

EDIT: Phew! I checked with one stick of memory and got the dude running! So MB's mem socket or my other mem stick is dead. Going to check those next.
