SOLVED: MSI K9N SLI Platinum w/ 5000+ Black Edition

When I installed the 5000BE the >CPU Frequency Configuration>CPU Ratio and >Adjust Vcore options went away.
So far I've tried bios 1.5, 1.6, and the latest one 1.10 (aka 1A).
Any ideas what might have happened here? No luck with lots of research so far...
