I plan on reformatting my computer soon and want to know which files to backup in order to keep the same node number. Does anyone know?

When you reinstall, run the installation up to the point that it asks for your email address, then, without entering you email address, cancel out of the installation. Copy those two files into the d2ol/res directory, and fire up the engine! 🙂
