[Solved] BSOD Windows XP - OS will not boot

Update: Problem resolved

This is for a server I have running in the basement. It's been stable for several months now and finaly I wanted to burn a music CD using Acoustica- so I install that program and I find it's not able to detect my CD burner, which is a fairly new Plextor DVD/CD burner. I had Acoustica install its ASPI drivers during setup, so I figured maybe I had to reboot. I do that and still it cannot detect the CD burner. That's when I realize I probably had to install that Plextor Manager program, so I whip out a Plextor Manager CD and run the setup, it completes and asks me to reboot. But this is when the BSOD started happening. I cannot boot up Windows at all anymore, probably from something that screwed up with Plextor Manager.

I would like to try and recover/repair, as I don't have the time and patience right now to reinstall Windows and all my apps. Problem is I never created a recovery CD *smacks himself on forehead* Is there something in the Windows repair console I can try doing to fix this?

Oh I should also mention I tried booting in safe mode and still get the BSOD everytime.

How can I attempt to undo whatever this Plextor Manager installation did ?
