Solutions for severe back pain?

You can buy disposable heating pads at the grocery store or at Target or Walmart. I think a box of three is $10-$15. I've used one once after pulling a back muscle in the gym, and it felt great.

If that doesnt work, drink.

From experience all below are important:

- Physical therapy will probably help alot.

- Core strengthening exercises: ie stomach and back does wonders.

- Stretching back exercises

Go see a doctor to do an MRI and make sure you dont have any disks pinched, bulging, etc...

Good luck

Call around the local physical therapy centers and see if they sell biofreeze. It a topical ointment that will make your back feel like new. It will last a couple of hours.

You can get alot of relieve by stretching for about 20 min/day. Start today and you should see some relieve in five days.

Gotta know what caused the back pain to get ANY kind of idea what MIGHT be the cause, and any possible means of relieving it. Some of the remedies mentioned here could make things worse if there's any REAL problems. If it's just a backache, then Morphine is your best solution...nothing hurts for a while...😉
