Solution to my gaming/capture needs

I want to be able to record TV and also play high powered games like HL2 and WoW. Right now I have a 256mb 9800 pro and will dump it into an older system. I was thinking about the X800 AIW when it comes out but would I be better off for capture with a Leadtek 2000XP expert card and then a 6600GT AGP (to save me some money)?

Or is the AIW stuff just that much better than the leadtek?
