Solution for switching between wireless headphones & soundbar?

I'm looking for help on something I could buy to handle the switching of audio output from my TV. I have a soundbar but sometimes I want to use wireless headphones. There doesn't seem to be a way of using both options without manually unplugging/plugging the cables in the back of the TV.

Is there some sort of equipment I could get that would switch between both with a button/switch/remote (with both always plugged into it)? I'm not really knowledgeable in this department but I was assuming it would be like a "switch" or "splitter"? Any help is appreciated!

How is the sound bar connected to the TV? RCA? optical? and how is the wireless headphones connect? What is the model of the TV?

Finally got a chance to look at everything . .

The audio cables are RCA cables. I don't see any other way to connect either the soundbar or headphones to the TV. The headphones charger (also the receiver) also has inputs for an RCA cable. The TV (An older Vizio 27 inch) has two inputs for RCA. I thought maybe if I just plugged both the soundbar and headphones into each input, there might be an option to switch between both in the TV settings, but no dice. If the soundbar had inputs for another RCA device, I would assume everything would be all set . . but it doesn't.

Does this help give you an idea of anything I could do? Thanks for the help!

You could also just use two RCA splitters to connect both the soundbar and the headphones at the same time. Super cheap. Sound quality will suffer slightly, but with RCA and a old TV, I don't think you'll notice. Amazon, Radio Shack, hell, even Target etc. might have them.

Examples:

http://www.monoprice.com/Product?c_id=102&cp_id=10218&cs_id=1021803&p_id=663&seq=1&format=2

Due to the shipping I probably wouldn't grab them from monoprice.
