My HR dept asked me what I could set up as far as making the peer review portion of employee reviews anonymous. They were hoping to have 3 laptops people could use to fill out a form HR provides.
Off the top of my head I figured I could:
-Image 3 basic machines. Leave them off-domain, and name all 3 the same.
-Create a local guest logon, use gpedit (probably unecessary) to lock down start menu.
-Make said guest logon a mandatory profile. Have the review form start up on login. I guess I could use a startup script to force logout after x amount of time.
Any thoughts? The important thing is that it's anonymous from the user's perception - not that HR is trying to spy on them or anything. An anonymous web submission would be simple, however I doubt our users would believe us.
