Soltek SL-K8TPRO-939 or MSI K8N Neo2 Platinum?

I'm having a tough time deciding which board to get. I've read that the soltek is very easy to set up and use but that the MSI is for someone with more experience. I just wanted to get some feedback from any first time builders who have the MSI and any problems they ran into. Also, aside from the Neo2 being a better overclocker, what makes it better then the soltek? Thanks.
