Soltek SL-K8AV2-RL, SL-K8AN-RL or Asus K8V SE DELUXE

Which of these three motherboards would be the best? The first Soltek model used the Via K8T800 while the second uses the Nforce3 150 chipset. The Asus is also based upon the Via K8T800...They're priced within $15 of each other...

I'd opt for the SOLTEK SL-K8AN2E-GR over all 3. It uses the nF3 250GB which is a newer chipset than K8T800 or nF3 150, and has functional AGP/PCI lock.
