The eVGA board has the following advantages:
1. Improved caps guaranteed for 10 years
2. Better AC97 codec
3. iffy - Sports a third DIMM slot
The Soltek board has the following advantages:
1. Hundreds of positive (most 5 star) user reviews
2. Better board layout (what's with the FDD and SATA ports sitting above the AGP slot on the eVGA board?)
3. More IDE and SATA channels due to Promise chip
The VNF3-250 is missing the features of the NF3-250Gb chipset. I wouldn't even consider it (feature-wise) in the same league as the other 2 boards. The only area that the VNF3-250 shines in is overclocking. The Soltek doesn't overclock well due to limited Vcore options. I don't know how the eVGA board does in this regards.
Bottom line, I'd go for a board with the NF3-250Gb. Have you looked at the Abit NF8?
