Soltek SL-865Pro-775 - no post

Hi all, I got a Soltek SL-865Pro-775 today, used and slapping in my p4 506. The board would not post at all. Either the board is DOA, bought it off ebay so its possible or the cpu is not compatible with the bios in it. The LED says OP or 0P in it which is conveniently not listed on the motherboard manual. Any ideas anybody?

I also need suggestion on a good overclocking LGA 775 board. If you guys know of any please let me know. I had been going AMD for a while, but wanted a cheap Intel for divx encoding, folding etc.
